Use Inexpensive Products To Overcome Sales Resistances
When people are first engaging you in a business transaction, their main fear is that they will be taken. They want to trust you, but they may not know you well enough to ease those fears. One way to get past the resistance of making a sale to someone who hasn’t known you long is to offer them an inexpensive option. While people who are interested in your products may be ready to take the leap, they may balk at the price.
You should always have a few “entry level” products available for people to buy. Make sure they are quality products that can engender a sense of trust with the buyer. Once you deliver more than what you promised, it will be tempting for them to find out how much more they could have gotten buying the more expensive products.
