Maybe your customers can’t make up their minds and get to the order form to see your cross sell and up sell opportunities. These types of people need a little more guidance and you will want to offer them a comparison of your products with a list of benefits to help them make their decision. You can offer various formats and complexities of the same product to help motivate them to cross that barrier from visitor to buyer.

The resistance to buy is the biggest hurdle for an online marketer. It is easier to sell things after a decision to buy has been made. However, that doesn’t mean you should pay attention to how your sales opportunities are presented at the time of an order to help you convert non-buyers into fans.
