Audio Product Would be a Great Product to Sell to Your Past Customers
You’re thinking that creating an audio product would be a great product to sell to your past customers and make back-end profits. But you’re not sure if you know how to create an audio product or even know what type of audio product you should create.
Here is some advice on how to decide upon and create an enticing audio product.
First, you should consider what your past customers are looking for in a product. This includes what topic they are interested in learning about. Not all topics will work well with audio products, and thereby, make them poor choices to make as back-end products.
For instance, if the topic includes a lot of graphics, charts, and other “show-and-tell” qualities that enhances the ability to present the information people need to know about, that would NOT make a good audio product, since audio products can only provide sound. Video products would be a better choice in this instance.
One example where a video product would be a better back-end product offer than an audio product is learning how to grow your own plants. Obviously, the product would have much more value if you can see exactly how to go about growing your own plants, rather than just have someone describe the process.
Conversely, if the topic includes much discussion about certain tactics, but not much use of visual aids, then an audio product would likely greatly appeal to your past customers. One example would be conducting an interview on what plant types work well in specific climates. Obviously, using video here would increase the costs of producing the product, while not adding any significant value to the end product itself, since people don’t need to see the interview taking place, being that there are no charts, graphs, or process being shown in the interview.
