You need Other People Promoting your products
To really make sizable profits online, you need other people promoting your products, as you yourself will not be able to reach the entire market you are serving, as this is virtually impossible, even with the Internet. Other people will have connections and relationships to members of the market you want to reach. These people may also have innovative strategies and techniques you may not have considered before in promoting your products.
Therefore, you need to recruit these people to become your affiliates. An affiliate is a person who will promote your product/service for a share of the profits that are generated when a sale is made. As a result, you will be able to reach more of the market you want to reach via the affiliates who promote your products to them.
In return, the affiliates will earn a portion of those sales for each sale they make. At the very least, 50% of the profits should be theirs, and nowadays, the percentage should be higher – even 80-90% of the profits is not uncommon. In fact, some marketers will offer 100% commissions for each sale their affiliates make, while the marketer makes money on the back-end via one-time offers, selling branded versions of ebooks, or via another offer such as offering a subscription to a paid membership site.

How Traffic is Essential To Succeeding Online
Is Traffic Essential To Succeeding Online ?
Due to the hard economic times of today, including the lack of jobs and the continuous layoffs from companies, even if you’ve worked at those companies for 10-20 years, many people look toward the Internet to help them make ends meet and even provide the financial independence they never could seem to get from their offline occupations.
Their thinking is that if they can establish their own online businesses, they will be the ones in charge and working toward making themselves financially independent, not someone else. And being that many of the online “gurus” tell them that many people are doing it pretty easily, they think, “If they can do it, I can do it too!”
However, many people don’t realize when they try to get started online that it is not as easy as many of the “gurus” say it is. They don’t realize that you need a domain, dedicated web hosting, reliable autoresponders, and a product or service to sell. And that’s just for starters!
Even if you have all that, you’ll still need to get people to your web page to consider your product or service, and at the very least, get them to sign up to your list so you can follow up with them until you gain the sale. In other words, you’ll need traffic, and preferably, targeted traffic to visit your web page continuously if you are going to gain the sales and the financial independence you desire online.

Back-end profits and high-quality products
An important consideration you need to keep in mind when you are attempting to increase your back-end profits is that you need to provide high-quality products to those customers who have purchased from you before, just as you did with your past product offer or offers.
While they may be more eager to purchase from you because they know that you’ve provided a quality product or products in the past, that doesn’t mean you can rest on your laurels, provide them with valueless junk, and expect them to purchase it.
Even if they do purchase your valueless junk, word will spread that your follow-up product offer was not worth the cost in purchasing it, and that news will spread around the Internet, ruining your reputation and making it much more difficult for you to make profits, both in back-end profits and main profits.
Therefore, it’s important to keep in mind that just because your past customers are more willing to purchase from you doesn’t mean that you can reduce the quality of your future product offers – you need to always provide top-of-the-line quality and service if your past customers will continue to purchase from you and recommend your products to others. The profitability of your business long-term greatly depends upon your ability to produce top-of-the-line quality and service consistently.
